2025 Tuition Rates and Policies
TMA lessons are billed monthly. It’s our policy. This simplifies everyone’s life and works out to the same amount of lessons over time - about four a month. Bills are sent by the instructor for the coming month, and must be paid in full before the first lesson.

Students taking more than one lesson per week. Families enrolling more than one student.

Holiday Closings Schedule
We are defining a holiday schedule to better allow families to plan further in advance. Week-long breaks will align with Troy Public Schools. Saturday lessons preceding the week of breaks will be taken off. Please read our cancellation policy**

Cancellation Policies
Missed Lessons
Makeups are not guaranteed for lessons or classes missed by the student. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed lessons or cancelled classes, in general.
Student Rescheduling
If you want to schedule a makeup lesson directly contact your instructor to reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson you want to reschedule.
If a teacher is not available for a makeup during the week of the missed lesson, you will not be able to schedule a makeup lesson, and no credit or refund will be offered for the missed lesson.
Teacher Cancellations
Lessons canceled by instructors will be made up at a future date. Credits/refunds will only be offered if a makeup is not feasible. If a makeup lesson is unavailable, teacher cancellations will be credited toward the following month's lessons at the rate of $37.50 for half hour, $75 for hour lessons.
Snow Days
Lessons during snow/weather emergencies will be taken online.
