Lucy Nelligan
Violin, Piano
I have studied classical violin for fifteen years and more recently have branched out into other styles, including jazz, old-time, blues, and Nordic folk music.
PERFORMANCE
I have toured and performed with several groups across the US, including Berklee World strings and the Kronos quartet. I have also performed at a number of venues and festivals in the Northeast, including Club Passim, Caffe Lena, Grey Fox bluegrass and Freshgrass.
MORE THAN JUST A MUSICIAN
I enjoy spending lots of time outdoors—canoeing, camping, and especially backpacking in my native Northern California.
